Ian Brown, aged 48, who is lead singer has been banned from driving after being caught due to over speeding on a motorway M6, where the limit was 40mph. He was driving at the speed of at 93mph through roadworks. It is the third time in four years that he has been caught breaking the speed limit. He was also fined £900 and ordered to pay costs of £1,015. Celebrity argued that a driving ban would caused his client insurmountable difficulties in going to band rehearsals.

He has violated anti doping involving D-Methamphetamine and D-Amphetamine. He said he took drugs for relaxation and stress relief, thinking it was a legal party pill.
The New Zealand Herald has been banned from press gallery offices in parliament chamber for 10 days after a reporter of the newspaper broke the rules by taking a photo from upper press galary in the chamber. The punishment is believed to be unprecedented and means none of the Herald’s six parliamentary reporters can use the office in the complex for 10 days.
